Born 1949, Swiss and Italian citizen.
Studied German Literature & Mass Media at University Zurich; MBA with specialisation in Financial Administration and Marketing.
Has been a consultant through his Swiss company since 1983, serving public bodies, professional organisations and private companies in the fields of cultural management, film policies, as well as development, financing, management and marketing of audiovisual projects.
Has been a film producer working out of his production companies based in Zurich and Berlin, through which he produced a large slate of international award winning feature and documentary films.
He consulted and trained film producers throughout Europe, Southern Africa and the South Caucasus, for or with the support of institutions like the MEDIA Programme of the EC, EAVE, FOCAL, SDC, British Council.

Oksana Muzychuk holds a Master Degree in Public Administration and has in depth experience in advanced trainings in Project Cycle Management (PCM) with more than 14 years of professional experience in leading management positions that required a deep understanding of interregional EU projects in Eastern Europe, including all relevant EC contractual administrative procedures.
After several years successful experience as an Engineer, Ms Muzychuk became Director of Department for International Cooperation at the Lviv Branch of the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration in 1991. Assigned to foster international cooperation, Ms Muzychuk contributed to the preparation and implementation of many international corporation projects and programmes. Between 1999 and 2001 Ms Muzychuk worked in numerous EC Tacis and Phare projects by supervising the project implementation and by fulfilling monitoring tasks for these projects. As Executive Director of the Lviv Agency for Regional Development and European Integration (UA), Ms Muzychuk’s tasks included the overall running of the agency as well as designing and carrying out trainings in project development and PCM. At the Lviv Regional Office of the Ukrainian Representation to the Council of the Carpathian Euroregion her work focused on stimulating interregional cooperation especially in the field of culture and heritage preservation. From 2005 until 2009 Ms Muzychuk functioned as Director of the Department for International Cooperation at Lviv Regional State Administration (UA). There, she carried out international cooperation activities including the participation at EU networks for regional cooperation.
Since many years Ms Muzychuk has been the representative for Ukraine in the Europe Central Monitoring Committee and a member of many different EU monitoring committees as e.g. the EC Neighbourhood Programme Ukraine-Poland-Belarus, the INTERREG IV C Europe Central Programme, etc.
Capacity Building Expert

Tetiana Biletska is an expert in cultural management and capacity building. Tetiana has worked in many management and policy development positions related to culture and arts such as the Mystetsky Arsenal, the EIDOS International Art Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine. Tetiana has also worked in the field of large scale international cooperation projects including the Kyiv Initiative Regional Programme of the Council of Europe. She has over 12 years of professional experience in the sphere of strategies of public administration in the cultural sector; public relations; corporative affairs in multicultural environment; methodology, management and administration of educational, cultural and social projects.
At the present occupation as the Capacity Building Expert, she is responsible for design of capacity building activities at the regional level and country specific technical assistance addressing such issues as policy reforms, networking, advocacy and promotion of cooperation between public and independent cultural actors of the Eastern Partnership countries and with the EU Member States.

Graduated from the Kiev State Linguistic University in 1998; continued her education in Public Relations in 2006 in the Charted Institute of Public Relation (UK) and the International Institute of Business (Ukraine).
Since 1998 worked in a number of EU-funded (Tacis) projects as project assistant, administrator, communication manager, etc.From 2005 till 2011 worked as a Development Director for FGL Energy LLC in charge of development and implementation of PR campaigns and communication strategies, and PR activities for international events. Managed a number of projects for the EU Delegation to Ukraine related to PR, communication and visibility. Joined the RMCBU Team in October 2011.

Studied film production at Kyiv state institute of Theatrical art and TV. In 2001 she started her own production company New Kyiv. New Kyiv team is committed to producing powerful social issue driven documentaries on diverse Ukrainian reality. The company is targeting a co-production area, also specializes in line producing.
Apart from producing Ella works on the implementation of projects related to documentary filmmaking such as organising workshops and screenings.
Has been tutoring documentary filmmaking at events organized by EU, UNDP, United States Embassy in Ukraine.Since 2011 coordinates American Independence film festival workshops and thematic panels programme.
